Professor (Mrs.) Rita Akosua Dickson, Vice-Chancellor, KNUST
In her remarks to the honour made by the bank to her, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor (Mrs.) Rita  Akosua Dickson again hinted on how the advent of COVID-19 has exposed the inability of majority of needy students to access online resources due to lack of requisite tools for studies, hence the notion behind the introduction of "Support one Needy Student With a Laptop" (SONSOL) initiative. She however as usual solicited for support from the Consolidated Bank to support the initiative.

The Professor added that KNUST had had a solid and a harmonious relationship with CBG since its inception, hence has promised to nurture the relationship for further mutual benefits of the two institutions.
