SECOND RESIGNATION SUIT TO DISQUALIFY QUEENS HALL PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANTS KWAME FRIMPONG DISMISSED FROM COURT

Kwame Frimpong , a Queens Hall Presidential Aspirant has won another case in court today following the Resignation suit  raised against him by MR Obuobi EmmanuelAwuah . A petition that was  filed again on July 30,2022  by Mr.Obuobi Emmanuel Appeadu Awuah who’s a First year Business Administration student in Queens hall advocating and  Restraining Presidential aspirant Kwame Frimpong of Queens Hall from contesting in the upcoming elections has been rejected.  He was thrown out today in a court sitting based on issues of procedural impropriety and as such was deemed to lack merits. The case against master Kwame Frimpong filed for the second time to disqualify him from contesting in the upcoming election was dismissed earlier today. That not alone, the court ordered master Obuobi Emmanuel to compensate Kwame Frimpong with an amount of 300 cedis for wasting his time on a case that had no merit. . God’s very made water available since life’s inception, has been a basic daily necessity.Across all boundaries; and all other existing demographics share it water as a common need for survival. The aspirant in her quest to serve as the Next Africa Hall president paid a courtesy call to GWLC in the construction of a borehole.  “My experience as a member of Africa Hall and my days of service to the Hall as Vice President of our Hall has been an opportunity to understand what members of the hall go through daily.  One key challenge that has stood out over the years is access to water.
