LETโ€™S ASK SCISA; Allegations on disbursement of funds

The Samuel Sesah led administration received several complaints and demands from department Presidents on how the system of disbursement , was taking a negative toll on their administrative work. In a bid to strengthen the department associations and after several consultations and deliberations with authorities and stakeholders, a new ratio of 45% for department, 35% for College and 20% for projects (elections at all levels, Scisa bursary, library extension etc...) was implemented . This has been marked as  a very historic change from the pre-existing 70%College , 30% department. Disbursements are now done at the Dean of Students account office and so making any shortcomings solely due to the bureaucracy. Why then would a group of students decide to sell lies to the students populace,  just for their political gains? Be informed, be smart, be alert these are only signs of Desperacy โ–ช SCISA ADMINISTRATION 2018/19
