BREAKING: Mid-Semester Break Act 2019 Suspended; Planned Demonstration Called Off

Letter Suspending The Act Leadership of the 11th KNUST SRC Parliamentary Council has suspended the Mid semester Act 2019 passed some few days ago after students refused to digest the Act properly. Per a letter received from the KNUST SRC Parliamentary Council, the Mid Semester Break Act 2019 has been suspended with immediate effect. Thus things should return to normalcy leaving the various traditional Halls and member associations to determine the date for the celebration of their Hall and Association weeks. The Parliament in the letter expressed their concern about how students reacted towards the Mid Semester Break Act 2019 and upon further consultations, have decided to listen to the students and suspend the Act.
