Hillary Luke “Time and tide have in several associations swept away archaic and old-fashioned methods of documentation and brought in new, more dynamic and sophisticated ones”, he declared this morning. He further went on to state that “I believe University Hall should not be an exception to this progressive change, and it is on this note that I'm presenting myself as a catalyst to help bring about this much-anticipated evolution”. He affirmed that his vision of a new University Hall Secretariat is predicated on Digitization and Responsive Information Delivery. And that Proper documentation is the bedrock of every functioning secretariat. He believes that with these innovations he can leverage in his quest to give the University Hall secretariat a new face.
