Minority in parliament held a press conference on Friday to throw support behind Dr. Zanetor Rawlings claiming her allegations of partisan food distribution were true. A number of the Mps corroborated her story with instances of partisanship in food distribution in Accra and Kumasi. In a set of new allegations, the National Democratic Congress’ Oforikrom Parliamentary Candidate accused government of distributing food on party lines in his constituency and Kumasi as a whole. Two days ago in a reply to Dr Zanetor’s allegations on twitter, Honorable Henry Osei Akoto wrote, “It is unfortunate that food is being distributed on party lines. It is happening here in Oseikrom too and this shouldn’t be happening.
