The former head boy of Asanteman Senior High School and the National Best Prefect 2018 at the National Students Awards (NSA) who also happen to have chalked quite a good number of leadership roles, among which are; Local SRC president Asanteman SHS, Ashanti Regional SRC president, The Marshall for SOCIOSO Parliament, Deputy Communication Director, SOCIOSO.

Sir Raph as affectionately called in an interactive conversation with the KNUST TigerEye Media Inc. stated emphatically that he has come to realize that the contemporary Social Scientist does not really know their essence in our society and there is a need to rekindle that spirit. Sir Raph also stressed on his plans to bring on board mechanisms which will bring the average social Scientist to the world of realising his worth which will make them love what they do.

He concluded by saying he chose to vice Ken Kafui for the SOCIOSO Presidency for the team to redefine the faded value of the average Social Scientist.
"I have known Ken for sometime now and I have come to realise we both share a common goal of reviving Social Science Faculty. I do not take pride in the position this will take me, I am interested in being on board to roll my sleeves up and get to work to effect that change we want to see" - Raphael Quainoo Jr
