Tracy Antwiwaa Writes to VC for an extension of shuttle working hours

Miss Tracy Antwiwaa Darfuor a student from the department of Sociology and Social Work has through a letter to the Vice Chancellor requested for an extension of the school shuttle working hours.

In a letter dated 18th August 2022, Miss Tracy Antwiwaa Darfuor passionately appealed to the University management through the office of the Vice Chancellor to consider and renegotiate the working hours of the university shuttles which commute students to and fro the campus during lecture periods.


In the letter, she recognized that the academic calendar for the year has been seen to be a but different from the norm as such forcing lecture hours to be extended in order for the days activities to be fulfilled. She plead with management about the safety of students who ply the dangerous routes of the University back to their abodes.

She stated that the extension will go a long way to save some students from attacks from assailants whilst returning from lectures in the dark.
