Mary Acheampong Declares Her Intention To Run For SCISA Women's COmmissioner.

As women in a society of male dominance, there came a need for the formation of a distinct commission that will serve as a voice for the women populace on campus as SCISANS.

This commission was established to contribute its quota as a social, economic, political equality,  intellectual and scholarly society to the college of science and the university as a whole. One of it essential function is to advocate in the interest of the women and acknowledge to the thriving needs of women in the university.

The commission has so built its virtue under the various women’s commissioners over the past years including our current commissioner.

I believe this is the time to help move the commission which is the branch of SCISA to another level while maintaining its integrity.

Fellow SCISANS, after broad consultation and self-assessment, I, Mary Acheampong have decided to take up the mantle of leadership to become the next SCISA WOMEN’S COMMISSIONER.

I humbly call on you to join me “let's  strive to eminence - uprising”

Signed

Mary Acheampong
