Frank Owusu KNUST SRC Presidential aspirant makes a big statement to the "LIGHT UP OFF-CAMPUS CAMPAIGN" he started weeks ago by donating a street light to the Assembly member of Ayeduase/Kotei electoral area

Together with Representatives of Mission Queens Girl Up club they made the donation to the Assemblyman for Ayeduase/Kotei electoral area Hon. Justice Atoborah. The Donation was made yesterday late afternoon. Frank Owusu then used the opportunity to urge all to emulate the gesture

Attaining its stand as one of the most prestigious and renowned university in the African continent, and doubling as the best in West Africa as adjudged by the US News & World Report.  The institution has its emblem elements aesthetically chosen to depict and communicate the prime values and objectives of the university- Teaching, Research, and Services to humanity. The 68 year old university has six distinct elements. They are: a Pot of Fire, Callipers, a Golden Stool, an Eagle with outstretched wings, Green leaves, and a Slogan . Located in Kumasi, the Ashanti Region of Ghana, the University Emblem has some of its elements portraying the traditional Ghanaian trait as poised in the core values of the university. KNUST SRC to launch its 60th Anniversary at Kumapley Auditorium this Saturday

The much awaited launch will take place at the Kumapley Auditorium (GESA Auditorium) on Saturday the 13th day of March exactly 10am. Speaking on Community Watch on Tuesday evening hosted by Raheem Awaafo, the KNUST SRC Financial Secretary Osei Fosu Solomon gave out details of the anniversary celebrations. He stated that the SRC is on course to making the event a memorable one as they have invited most of the past KNUST SRC Presidents making mention of notable ones such as Boakye Nyamekye Isaac (BNI), Samuel Amoako Kusi (SAK), Kelvin Sah (noted for the famous 22nd September 2018) and many others. He also promised the presence of many dignitaries such as past Vice Chancellors of the university.
