GRASAG ELECTIONS: Appellants Withdraw Disqualification Case Against Presidential Candidate Tonny Nyarko


The KNUST SRC Judicial Chairperson His Lordship Michael Gyan has issued a statement prompting the withdrawal of the case between the electoral commission of GRASAG and Master Tonny Nyarko a presidential aspirant of the 2020 KNUST GRASAG elections as against Daniel Nkansah.

However later yesterday His Lordship Michael Gyan, the KNUST SRC Judicial Chairperson through a communique informed the students populace that the case has been withdrawn as the appellants stated that their reliefs have been met by the Dean of Students’ office. This implies that Master Tonny Nyarko is NOT disqualified and will participate in the 2020 KNUST GRASAG Elections as a Presidential Candidate.
