GASP Endorses Kwame Takyi for CABESA President

The President of the GHANA ASSOCIATION OF STUDENTS PLANNERS Mr Isaac Quaye has endorsed the candidature of Master Kwame Takyi a Candidate for the position of the College of Arts and Built Environment Student Association - CABESA Presidency. Below is the statement released endorsing Kwame Takyi.

Having listen to Kwame Takyi reasons for vying for the position of cabesa president for the second time and after thorough analysis of his vision for office and I will urge all *GASP* fraternity to rally behind one of own for the *CABESA* presidency.
It is a Planners thing, we need a representation as a department and a faculty, to bring the vision we all desire.
It is for the above mentioned reasons that I believe that he will make an ideal candidate for the office of *Cabesa President*. Therefore ,I would like to *endorse KwameTakyi’s candidature*

KNUST BUDGET READING TURNS CHAOTIC  The 16th KNUST SRC Parliamentary budget reading turned chaotic after members objected to the financial secretary’s fundraising and allocations. Attaining its stand as one of the most prestigious and renowned university in the African continent, and doubling as the best in West Africa as adjudged by the US News & World Report.  The institution has its emblem elements aesthetically chosen to depict and communicate the prime values and objectives of the university- Teaching, Research, and Services to humanity. The 68 year old university has six distinct elements. They are: a Pot of Fire, Callipers, a Golden Stool, an Eagle with outstretched wings, Green leaves, and a Slogan . Located in Kumasi, the Ashanti Region of Ghana, the University Emblem has some of its elements portraying the traditional Ghanaian trait as poised in the core values of the university. KNUST SRC to launch its 60th Anniversary at Kumapley Auditorium this Saturday

The much awaited launch will take place at the Kumapley Auditorium (GESA Auditorium) on Saturday the 13th day of March exactly 10am. Speaking on Community Watch on Tuesday evening hosted by Raheem Awaafo, the KNUST SRC Financial Secretary Osei Fosu Solomon gave out details of the anniversary celebrations. He stated that the SRC is on course to making the event a memorable one as they have invited most of the past KNUST SRC Presidents making mention of notable ones such as Boakye Nyamekye Isaac (BNI), Samuel Amoako Kusi (SAK), Kelvin Sah (noted for the famous 22nd September 2018) and many others. He also promised the presence of many dignitaries such as past Vice Chancellors of the university.
