Matilda Koduah Independence Hall General Secretary expresses interest in the SRC General Secretary Position

Matilda Koduah, the current Independence Hall General Secretary and a third year Environmental Science student has publicized her intents to officially aspire for the KNUST SRC General Secretary portfolio for the 2020 SRC Elections scheduled for March 2020

Matilda Kodua affectionately called Tilly who happens to be the Independence Hall General Secretary on Saturday 25th January declared her intentions to run for the KNUST SRC General Secretary portfolio for the 2020 SRC Elections which has been slated to take place in March. Through a video, Matilda the first aspirant to declare her intentions to run for the SRC General Secretary position stated her will is to empower students through information. She retorted that the SRC has become an alien to the average student. While the SRC engage in meaningful activities, students do not benefit because they are not well informed.

Tilly went further to aver that she will make the SRC visible and very accessible to all students.
Matilda Kodua is an old student of Ola Girls Senior High School, BA where she was the head Girl and currently serves as the General Secretary for Independence Hall - KNUST. She stated that what she truly regard as an achievement is the suggestion box at Independence Hall under her leadership. She believes that leadership must listen and that’s what she will fight for.
