The KNUST SRC Parliament upon several petitions and requests from students to probe into the poorly organized TekTalk program set up a committee of five (5) to investigate what went on in the program for it to flop. The committee members who sat to investigate the program were

Hon. A.k Harry
Hon. Daniel Tetteh
Hon. Esther Sevor
Hon. Kwame Temeng
Hon. Ama Tetebea
Hon. Victory Oyet

The committee were mandated to conduct intense review on the TekTalk program and controversies surrounding it. The committee were also given subpoena powers to invite witnesses and SRC appointees who may have direct knowledge of the organization of the program. The recommendations of the committee was stated to be paramount and sanctions can be imposed on respectively.

However, after several sittings parties to the program were all interrogated which led to the surfacing of a lot of controversies as different accounts were given by some parties. Amidst all this the committee has been able to provide the students body with a report and below is what was captured in the report chaired by Hon. A.K Harry:

1. Money should be readily available for the organizing of program to prevent pre-financing.
2. The theme of the program should match with the guest speakers.
3. The Dean of students should approve the exact amount of money spent on the program.
4. There should be proper planning in order to depict good results.
